How to delete your Coiffly account

You can have your Coiffly account and the associated personal data deleted at any time. There are two ways:

1. Directly in the app

Open the Coiffly app and go to Settings → Account → “Delete account”. After a security confirmation, deletion of your account is initiated.

2. By email

Alternatively, you can request deletion by email to support@coiffly.ch. Please write from the email address your account is registered with so we can identify you.

What data is deleted

Account deletion deletes or anonymises in particular: your profile and credentials (Keycloak), your booking history, uploaded images (profile/portfolio images and verification documents in MinIO) and device tokens for push notifications.

What data is retained

Certain data must be retained for a limited time for legal reasons — in particular payment and invoice records (statutory, generally ten-year, retention obligation) and data required to establish or defend legal claims. Such data is restricted and deleted once the periods expire.

Processing time

We process deletion requests without undue delay, generally within 30 days. For any questions, contact us at support@coiffly.ch.
