These terms govern the use of the website hairgo.gordion.ch and the Coiffly app, operated by [Gordion Software Solutions GmbH] (the “Operator”).

2. Service

Coiffly is an intermediary platform: the app connects clients with independent, vetted hairdressers for mobile appointments (home, office, hotel) or in-salon appointments. The hairdressing service itself is provided by the respective professional.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) incl. VAT. The binding price is shown before booking. Payment is cashless, in the app.

4. Booking & cancellation

A contract for the selected service is formed upon booking. Cancellation terms are shown in the app.

5. Liability

The Operator is not liable for the services provided by the intermediated professionals. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is — to the extent permitted by law — [City].
