Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Coiffly website and the Coiffly app, operated by Gordion Software Solutions GmbH (“Coiffly” / the “Operator”).

2. Coiffly’s service (intermediary platform)

Coiffly is a pure intermediary platform: the app connects clients with independent, vetted hairdressers for mobile appointments (home, office, hotel) or in-salon appointments. Coiffly itself provides no hairdressing services; these are provided exclusively by the respective independent professional (“provider”) in their own name and for their own account. Providers are not employees or vicarious agents of Coiffly.

3. Contractual relationship

The contract for the hairdressing service is concluded exclusively between the client and the respective independent provider. Coiffly is not a party to that service contract and gives no warranty as to its performance, quality or outcome. Between users and Coiffly there is only a contract for the use of the intermediary platform.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) incl. any VAT. The binding price is shown before booking. Payment is cashless, in the app via the payment service provider Stripe; payouts to providers are made via Stripe Connect. Coiffly may retain an intermediation fee.

5. Booking & cancellation

Upon booking, the service contract is formed between client and provider. The applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown in the app before the booking is completed.

6. Liability

Coiffly is not liable for the services provided by the intermediated providers, their availability or quality, or any damage arising in the course of service delivery. Coiffly’s liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Claims arising from the service itself must be asserted directly against the respective provider.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is — to the extent permitted by law — the registered seat of the Operator.
